He has actively been involved in the management and the execution, both pre-contract and post-contract services for a variety of projects ranging from residential facilities to commercial, industrial, educational and religious facilities. He started his career with Multitech Services Limited in 2005 as an Accounts Officer responsible for various reconciliations, statutory filings amongst others. I then moved to Justmoh mining services in 2013 as a Senior Accountant where I worked till 2018 before moving to Hydronomics Limited as Head of Accounts where I was instrumental in implementing a fully computerized accounting system.

Before he joined FRIDOUG, he had worked with Helios Towers Ghana Ltd. as the Head of Safety, Health, Environment & Quality, Guinness Ghana Breweries Ltd- a subsidiary of Diageo (Kaasi & Ahinsan Breweries) as Health Safety & Environmental Manager.
He had his first stint in HSE with Golden Star Bogoso/Prestea Ltd where he rose from a national service person to a safety officer within six years. He is an OHSAS 18001:2007 Lead Auditor. He holds a degree in psychology from the University of Cape Coast.

Her experience covers a spectrum of projects in building & civil engineering. She has over 12 years of work experience.
She holds MSc in Construction Management and BSc in Building Technology, both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Prior to working with FRIDOUG, she had worked with Ghana Ports and Harbour Authority-Tema, TDC Development Company, JESCAN Construction.
Has over 15 years’ cumulative work experience in Human Resource practice and Corporate Administration. She is currently the HR and Admin Manager at FRIDOUG Limited.
Prior to FRIDOUG, she was the HR and Admin Manager at Bay Logistics, Head of HR at Express Savings and Loans Limited, Senior Administrative and HR Manager at the Students Loan Trust Fund. She also worked with Gateway Secretariat, Japan Motors Trading Company Ltd, Catholic Relief Services, and the Business Advisory Center of the National Board for Scale Industries.
She holds a MSc in Human Resource Management from CASS European Institute of Management Studies, Luxembourg, a BSc in Business Administration (HRM Option) from the Central University College and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana.
