The building now serves as a training center for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations. It is a steel framed structure which was cladded using special Build Up Standing Seam System. Mezzanine steel framed floor was constructed and finished with wooden parquet. Drywall partition was used for internal partition works.
