All projects are scheduled in Fridoug Limited's in-house systems using critical path scheduling. Projects superintendents utilize short interval scheduling (one week periods) on the job, securing commitments from foremen and subcontractors.
This short interval scheduling is updated and presented to the design team, owner and management monthly. In addition, job costs are recorded and discussed at these meetings.
Futhermore, foremen conduct daily on-site huddles with their crews to plan their work and identify obstacles to overcome. The superintendent collects reports and notes from those meetings for necessary action.
Estimated final costs of all jobs are projected on a monthly basis using computer software
